White rice, vegetable, plantain and fried beef

Boil ur rice and set aside. Wash ur vegetable and keep. Wash ur tomatoes and pepper then slice it.

Slice ur onions, put ur pan on fire add ur oil,onions, tomatoes and pepper allow to fry. Then add ur seasoning, salt snd add ur vegetable. Allow t o cook for few minutes.

Slice ur plantain and Fry

Also steam ur meat and fish with onion, Maggi, thyme and salt. Fry when it is cooked.
