Steps

Take a bowl and add mix all dry ingredients except baking soda and sieve two times.

Now add vanilla essence, oil and mix well. Add leuk warm milk and make smooth batter.

Heat a kadahi and pour salt in it, place a iron stand in centre and cover with lid to prepare as oven.

Make cups with aluminium foil and grease with oil and add baking soda in batter and mix well. Pour this batter in aluminium foil cups and place in kadahi for 20 mins and cook at medium high flame.

After 20 mins check with a toothpick, if it comes out clean it means muffins are cooked well.

Remove aluminium foil from muffins and serve after garnishing with chocolate syrup and white chocolate shavings.
