Steps

Knead wheat flour with water & 2 tbsp oil

Grate mooli & using palms or strainer squeeze the water from mooli

In a bowl add mooli, red & green chillies, coriander leaves, jeeta powder, amchur powder & salt. Mix all well. Filling is ready

Make balls from kneaded flour. Roll it & fill the filling. Roll & fry.

Serve hot with fresh curd/ chutney/ pickle.

2 medium mooli you can make 5 parathas
