Steps

Take maida, rice flour and cornflour, add salt and oil and knead the dough. Cover and keep aside for 10 mins.

Crush the tuvar dana. Heat oil, crackle jeera, ginger green chillies paste, Saute for 2 mins. Add all the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Make small balls and keep aside.

Now take the dough, divide in equal portions, now roll and flatten it with your hand and fill one ball and close it. Similarly make all kachori's.

Now take oil in kadhai and deep fry them till golden brown.

Now when done, remove and serve with tomatoe ketchup.
