Steps

Boil the rice and keep aside.

Wash and cut the scent leaves and onions.

Wash the live/fresh crabs carefully and parboil with onions, salt and maggi cubes until the crab shell turns red.

Add up little amount of water for pepper soup to the crab.

Add pepper soup spices, dry pepper, scent leaves, salt, crayfish and maggi.

Allow it to boil very well and enjoy with white rice!
