#Winter- Healthy yummy spicy receipe.
Steps

In pan heat oil and ghee add cinnamon cardamom and cloves.mix it.now add onion.saute it till golden brown.after add onion paste, ginger garlic paste.cook it for 2 min.

Then add tomato,salt, chilli powder turmeric powder.mix it well add curd,garam masala, biryani masala.now add veggies as carrot,beans,peas and potato.

Mix it well add little amount of curd.add all masala powder.cook for 10 min.then add coconut milk and water.after add mint leaves, coriander powder, coriander leaves.

Now add rice.mix it well.allow it for boil.add lemon juice.cook for 1 -2 whistles.spicy veggie biryani is ready.
