Steps

Cut Okro into small bits. Set aside.

Wash and cut fish to size. Put in a pot and set aside.

Pound pepper, ginger, onion and dadawa. Pour over fish in pot, add water and put on fire.

Add in P.oil, seasoning cubes and Spices
- 5
Cover pot and allow to boil very well.

Remove cover, stir stock, correct seasoning and put in Okro. Mix to incorporate and allow to cook for 5mins

Put off heat and serve with any swallow of choice.
