At first knead a soft dough with salt ghee and flour

Now heat a wok add fennel seeds and carom seeds and let it crackle

Add peas paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add ginger paste and saute well

Add red chilli Powder and cumin-coriander powder and mix

Now add sugar and mix well

Switch off and cool it down a bit

Take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape

Now take small portion of the mixture and keep in the middle of it

Roll it again after folding

Heat oil and fry the kachoris

Now for the dum aloo recipe heat oil in a pan add jeera seeds bay leaf

Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add ginger paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add tomato and red chilli Powder and cumin-coriander powder and mix well

Now add sugar and little water and simmer
