Soak your tamarind in hot water

Get the other ingredients ready. Coriander stems,onions,tomato paste

Sieve your tamarind

Now heat your pan and add oil
- 5
Add the onions garlic and coriander stems
- 6
Add tomato paste after 2 minutes
- 7
Add sieved tamarind juice
- 8
Put your fish in and cook for 2 minutes and turn
- 9
Serve as desired did mine with sagaa (traditional vegetables and ugali)
