Ingredients

  1. 2fish
  2. 4tamarinds
  3. 3 clovesgarlic
  4. 2blended onions
  5. 1chopped onion
  6. Coriander few leaves chopped
  7. Coriander stems chopped
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. Some red and yellow pepper for presantation

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak your tamarind in hot water

    Get the other ingredients ready. Coriander stems,onions,tomato paste

    Sieve your tamarind

  4. 4

    Now heat your pan and add oil

  5. 5

    Add the onions garlic and coriander stems

    Add tomato paste after 2 minutes

  7. 7

    Add sieved tamarind juice

    Put your fish in and cook for 2 minutes and turn

  9. 9

    Serve as desired did mine with sagaa (traditional vegetables and ugali)
