I wanted to make banana bread but I didn’t want to use just regular flour so I decided to mix it with millet flour. I did my search in but came up empty handed so I googled it and found one but not as I like so I made this and it’s delicious.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmillets flour
  2. 1 cupall purpose flour
  3. 5ripped banana (mashed)
  4. 4 tablespoonhoney
  5. 2 tablespoonsugar
  6. 3 teaspoonbaking soda
  7. 2 tablespoonflaxseed (powder)
  8. 1egg
  9. 1apple (blend into apple sauce)
  10. 1 cupchopped almonds
  11. 100 gbutter (melted)
  12. 1 teaspoonsalt or to your taste
  13. 1 pinchorange zeste
  14. 1 teaspoonrose water(optional) or vanilla, I prefer rose water
  15. 1 pinchnutmeg

Cooking Instructions

    Pre-heat the over 350 degree Fahrenheit. Grease and put flour on the bottom of the pan.

    Mixed the dry ingredients in a bowl, millet, flour, baking soda, flaxseed, nutmeg, orange zeste, salt, chopped almonds, and sugar.

    Mix the egg, honey, apple sauce, honey, melted butter, and rose water or vanilla

  4. 4

    Mix the dry ingredients with the liquid ones then pour into the pan. Bake for 45 minutes or till the fork or toothpick you put in the middle of the bread came out clean

    Let it cools of then cut it into 12 pieces and serve it with tea.
