Steps

Heat oil in a wok, add jeera, when it cracjle add onion saute it, now add tomato cookwd it 2-3 minute, now add all spicesto taste,add carrot and pottao mix well.

Add 1 laddles water and covwr it qith lid, cooked on low flame.

Stirr it and check it if cooked well switched off gass.

Serve with chapati.
