To make Chapdi,Take 1 cup of Chapati Flour or wheat flour which is Coarse and add 1 tbsp Suji,1/2 tsp Salt,1 1/2 tbsp Ghee or Oil,1/2 tsp Whole Jeera,1/2 tsp Crushed Black Pepper and mix this all with your hands properly.Now add a little warm water and make a hard dough like of Bhakhari (not soft like chapati).

Cover with muslin cloth and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.Take a round ball of the dough and give with your hands a Puri shape but a thicker Puri.

Fry in medium hot oil.Now your chapdi is ready.If you don't want to fry it,make Bhakri and roast it.Once it cools down,make tiny pieces

For Tawo,Take about 1/2 Cup Fresh Peas,2 finely chopped small potatoes,1/4 Cup Chopped Green Beans,1/2 Cup Finely chopped cauliflower,1/4 Cup finely chopped Cabbage and Carrot,1 finely chopped Brinjal,1/4 Cup Finely chopped Guwar,1 Chopped Capsicum,Fresh Tuer,Fresh chora and any other favourite vegetables except Bhinda and Karela.Cut all these ingredients small and wash all the vegetables nicely.

Cook the vegetables in a cooker with little water till 1 whistle.Dont put alot of water.

Now take 15 Garlic Cloves,1 piece of Ginger,3-4 Green Chillies (I have fresh garlic right now so I used it you may use dry garlic aswell) and pound this.

Now take 1 tsp of this Masala,1 tsp Oil,1 tsp Red Chilli Powder,1/2 tsp Dhaniya Powder,1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder and mix all this well and put a little water and keep this paste aside

Now take 4 tbsp Oil and heat it.Add 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds and Whole jeera,Pinch of Hing and 3 finely chopped onions and add the remaining Garlic and Ginger Paste made first,1/2 tsp Haldi powder and cook till the onions are caramelized.

Now add 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder,2 tsp Dhaniya Powder,1 tsp Garam Masala Powder and mix this nicely and add about 4-5 tomatoes puree and mix everything nicely.Add 1 tsp Sugar and cover the lid and cook for about 3-5minutes till the oil begins to rise.

Now add the chopped boiled Veggies to it.Now add Salt per taste, if you want it hot you can change spiciness as per taste.Add about 1 lemons juice and add a little water and cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes once again.

It should have a gravy contestancy and if you have a thick gravy add more hot water and cook for a longer time.

Now your Tawo is ready.Finelly add 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander and the Garlic Paste we made the 2nd time.This will the colour will come out nice and the aroma will be wonderful if we add at the end.

Pour over the Chapdi which is made into pieces.

Now it's ready.
