Steps

Take all the gravy ingredients and add some water and grind it in a Mixy to a paste

Take all the vegetables for bhaji and cut small wash properly and add 1 cup water to it in a cooker and cook for 2 whistles

Take Oil and heat it

Now add 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds and Whole jeera,pinch of Hing and the gravy paste.Cook till the oil starts to rise

Now add all the spices and then mash the veggies and add to this.Add little water and close the lid

Cook for 5 minutes.Lastly add lemon juice and Sugar,Alter it as per taste

Take Pav Bhaji buns and roast with butter and now your Hariyali Pav Bhaji is ready

When serving top up with some butter,onions and some Lemon slices
