Ingredients

  • For Gravy
  • 1/4 CupFreshly Chopped Coriander
  • 2chopped onion and chopped Spring Onions with stem
  • 6Chopped Green chillies
  • 1 PieceGinger
  • 15Garlic Cloves
  • 4-5Mint Leaves
  • LeavesSome Curry
  • For Bhaji
  • 1Chopped Potato
  • 1Chopped Carrot
  • 2Chopped Capsicum
  • 1 CupGreen Peas
  • 1 CupChopped Green beans
  • 1 CupChopped Cauliflower
  • 4 tbspOil
  • 1/2 tspGaram Masala Powder
  • 1 tspPav Bhaji Masala
  • 1/4 tspMustard Seeds
  • 1/4 tspWhole Jeera
  • PinchHing
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  • 1 tspDhaniya Powder
  • 1lemons juice
  • Salt per taste
  • 1 tspSugar
  • Pav Bhaji Buns

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all the gravy ingredients and add some water and grind it in a Mixy to a paste

  2. 2

    Take all the vegetables for bhaji and cut small wash properly and add 1 cup water to it in a cooker and cook for 2 whistles

  3. 3

    Take Oil and heat it

  4. 4

    Now add 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds and Whole jeera,pinch of Hing and the gravy paste.Cook till the oil starts to rise

  5. 5

    Now add all the spices and then mash the veggies and add to this.Add little water and close the lid

  6. 6

    Cook for 5 minutes.Lastly add lemon juice and Sugar,Alter it as per taste

  7. 7

    Take Pav Bhaji buns and roast with butter and now your Hariyali Pav Bhaji is ready

  8. 8

    When serving top up with some butter,onions and some Lemon slices
