  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 bowlmalai
  • 2 cupmaida
  • 2 cupwater
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 1 tea spoon elaichi powder
  • 1 tea spoonrose water
  • ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and mix maida cream & milk slowly and make a medium batter

  2. 2

    Take a pan &pour water and sugar on middium gas flame wait for until bubbles is not starting
