Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmilk
  2. 1 bowlmalai
  3. 2 cupmaida
  4. 2 cupwater
  5. 2 cupsugar
  6. 1 tea spoon elaichi powder
  7. 1 tea spoonrose water
  8. ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and mix maida cream & milk slowly and make a medium batter

  2. 2

    Take a pan &pour water and sugar on middium gas flame wait for until bubbles is not starting

    Take a pan on meddium flam start to make small puas in ghee
