Ingredients

  1. 3large Sweet potatoes
  2. 6eggs Eggs
  3. 1 tspSalt
  4. 1/2 tspCurry
  5. scoopFlour hand

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel, wash and slice sweet potatoes, put little water in a pot,add salt and boil the potatoes.

  2. 2

    Break and whisk eggs in a bowl,add salt,curry and little flour (serve as thickner) and whisk well.

  3. 3

    Deep in the slice boiled potatoes into the egg mixture and fry in hot oil.
