  • 2chicken breast
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 1green bell pepper
  • 1yellow bell pepper
  • Scotch bonnet s
  • Onions
  • Seasoning
  • Cucumber
  • carrot
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot add a little oil, onions and garlic stir for 2 mins. Add chicken stir for 2 mins.

  2. 2

    Add scotch bonnet and carrot cook for 2 mins

  3. 3

    Add bell peppers, seasoning. Add cucumber and soy sauce and let it cook for 5 mins
