Steps

Heat ghee in a pan add mustared,cumin seeds,saunf,curry leaves and saute till fragrent.

Add onion,ginger paste,green chilli and tomato and satue.

Add carrot,beans,green peas and capcicum and satue. Cover and cook it 5 min till the vegetables are complitely cooked.

Add salt,termeric powder,red chilli powder,Coriander powder,garam masala powder and satue.

Add boiled rice and mix well.
- 6
Garnished with some Coriander leaves or curry leaves and served hot.
