Ingredients

  • 1 bowlmakki atta
  • halftsp ajwain
  • as taste salt
  • 1chop green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1 tspclarified butter
  • as required lukewarm water
  • 1 cupchop green coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a makki atta,salt,ajwain,chilli and coriander mix well.

  2. 2

    Then add water and make a smooth and nice dough.

  3. 3

    Take a nonstick tawa and make a roti and fry with oil.
