Ingredients

  1. 1 /2cupGobhi greted
  2. 1/2 cupPaneer grated
  3. 2Green chillies chopped
  4. 2 tspCoriander leaf
  5. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  6. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  7. 1/2 tspChilli flakes
  8. 2 tspRoasted chana powder
  9. 2 tspOnion chopped
  10. 1/2 tspGinger chopped
  11. 1/2 tspChat masala
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 100 gmKneaded wheat flour
  14. 2 tspGhee or oil

Steps

10 mimiutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl put gobhi,paneer,ginger chilli, mix it.

  2. 2

    In a Heat pan put little butter,add cumin seeds,green chilli,& all mixed bowl 's things.

  3. 3

    Satue it 1 miniute in high flame.

  4. 4

    Now remove it from the flame.keep it a side for cooling.

  5. 5

    Add all things together, except butter & flour.

  6. 6

    Now take wheat dough,make 2 balls from this.

  7. 7

    Now fill it Fried mixture in this balls.roll it out like a big circle.

  8. 8

    Put some butter in a heat pan.put rolled circle in it.

  9. 9

    Sprinkle butter in it & bake it both sides.

  10. 10

    Now stuffed seasonal parantha is ready to serve.

  11. 11

    Serve it with any type of chuteny.

  12. 12

    I will serve it with seasonal achar raw haldi.
