In a bowl put gobhi,paneer,ginger chilli, mix it.

In a Heat pan put little butter,add cumin seeds,green chilli,& all mixed bowl 's things.

Satue it 1 miniute in high flame.

Now remove it from the flame.keep it a side for cooling.

Add all things together, except butter & flour.

Now take wheat dough,make 2 balls from this.

Now fill it Fried mixture in this balls.roll it out like a big circle.

Put some butter in a heat pan.put rolled circle in it.

Sprinkle butter in it & bake it both sides.

Now stuffed seasonal parantha is ready to serve.

Serve it with any type of chuteny.

I will serve it with seasonal achar raw haldi.
