Ingredients

  1. 1cauliflower cut into florets
  2. 1tomato chopped
  3. 1 tspginger paste
  4. 1 tspcumin seed
  5. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. To tastesalt and sugar
  8. As neededoil
  9. 1 sprigcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add florets and saute well

  3. 3

    Cover till it is soft and moist

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and saute well

  5. 5

    Now add chopped tomato and red chilli Powder and mix well

  6. 6

    Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve
