Ingredients

1/2 cupbeetroot chopped
1 cupcurd
1/2 tspgrated ginger
1/4 tsp roasted cumin and pepper powder
Salt as per taste
2 tspGreen garlic
1 tsp Boiled corn
1 tspgreen chilli chopped

Steps

Peel and chopped beet and churn add salt and curd and churn add roasted cumin pepper powder chilli chopped boil corn and green garlic chopped. Mix well.

Garnish with spring onion corn and beetroot. Yummy tasty Beetroot dip is ready to serve.
