Wash & rinse the cauliflower with fresh water Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower.Boil water in a pan with a pinch of salt & turneric powder.

Gently put the whole head cauliflower(head facing upward) in the boiling water for 5 minutes.Then flip it (head facing downward).Again boil till the whole cauliflower becomes little soft.

Stain the cauliflower from the water & keep it aside.In a grinder,add 4_6 chopped tomatoes,onions green chilli,chopped ginger,&garlic.Grind to make a smooth paste.

In a pan or karahi,pour 2 tbsp of oil with cumin seeds.cook till it becomes brown in colour.

Now add the grinded paste in it with red chilli powder,salt, turmeric & coriander powder. mix well & add Cashew paste.

Cook on the low flame till oil spreads from corners.Add curd & mix well.

Add 1 cup of water.Bring to a boil,now put the boiled whole cauliflower in the center.we can add more water according to need.

With the hely of spatula,pour the gravy on the cauliflower.cook for 2 minutes.

Pour in the seving bowl & garnish with coriander leaves.serve hot with chapati.
