Sauteed vegetables
Steps

Heat oil in a wok, now add all vegetables in it and cook it on low flame with covered lid for 10-15 minutes.

Then add turmeric, salt, crushed pepper and red chilli powder in it and mix it well.

Again cook it till it becomes soft and nicely cooked the switch off the flame.

Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Sauteed vegetables are ready to serve now.
