Take the rasgullas and squeeze them out.

Take curd in a bowl and beat it properly.

Heat ghee in a tempering pan. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chilli and grated mango ginger. Saute for a while and turn off the flame. Let it cool down for 5 minutes and add it to the curd in bowl. Add rock salt, sugar and roasted cumin powder to the curd.

Now put the squeezed rasgullas into the curd in bowl. Put the bowl in fridge for 2-3 hours.

Ready is the dahi rasgulla. Serve it chilled garnished with coriander leaves and cherries.
