Ingredients

  • Whole potatoes(Boiled)
  • 1finely chopped spring onion
  • 2spices of choice
  • 1/2tspn black pepper powder
  • 1/2tspn turmeric powder
  • Green chilli (optional)
  • 1/2corriander leaves(Finely chopped)
  • Red chilli (optional)
  • to tasteSalt
  • Bread
  • Ketchup

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash the boiled potatoes,add onion,spices,black pepper,turmeric, green chilli,corriander leaves,red chilli, salt and mix thoughrally

  2. 2

    Spread ketchup on two slices of bread and put the mixture on one slice and cover it with the other

    Grease your pan

    Cook the sandwich on one side and spread some butter on the other side

    Flip and cook the other side as well

    Serve with chilli sauce or ketchup.you can also cut into half
