Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the plantain,sprinkle salt on it and fry in vegetable oil.fry till golden brown.boil meat season with onion,salt and knorr cubes.

  2. 2

    Fry onion,tomatoes,in vegetable for a while add salt,knorr cubes, and curry simmer for 3mins.

  3. 3

    Cut the tomat
