Steps

Prepare all your ingredients. IE peel the potatoes and wash them, cut carrot and courgette into small pieces

In a sauce pan cook onions add tomatoes and let them cook.

Add carrots and courgette stir them for a minute
- 4
Add potatoes and continue cooking. Add some water to avoid burning
- 5
When potatoes are almost ready, add the peas and bring to a boil
- 6
Serve with rice or chapati
