Ingredients

500 gmcarrot (cut into strips)
1Reddish(cut into strips)
8-10green chillis(slit)
2 tbspmustard seeds+fennal seeds (coarsely ground)
1/2 tspturmeric powder
to tasteSalt
Some green garlic leaves chopped
2 tbspmustard oil

In a pan heat oil and let it cool.

In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well.

Add oil..Mix well..

Keep it in container... Ready to eat after 24 hours.
