Ingredients

  • 500 gmcarrot (cut into strips)
  • 1Reddish(cut into strips)
  • 8-10green chillis(slit)
  • 2 tbspmustard seeds+fennal seeds (coarsely ground)
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • Some green garlic leaves chopped
  • 2 tbspmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat oil and let it cool.

    In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add oil..Mix well..

  4. 4

    Keep it in container... Ready to eat after 24 hours.
