Kale sabzi (dried one)

Wash kale and keep in colander for all water to drip off properly

There should be no water otherwise sabzi will come out as soggy

Afterwards cut kale finely

In a pan add oil, jeera, coriander powder, red chilli powder haldi and mix

Add kale to it and cover it..do not add salt at this moment

After one minute mix it with spatula and now add salt...cover and cook for 5-6 minutes

Do stir in between and cook sabzi on low flame only

Once done add garam masala and amchoor powder

Enjoy your yummy kale sabzi

You can eat it with roti paratha or even stuff it in parathas...
