Wash Guava and cut unevenly in a medium small size.

In a pressure cooker add guava and water. Water should be just to soak. Means water should be above guava in a cooker. Not much above. Close lid

Cook on high flame till 1 whistle then 2 minutes on low flame.

When steam is released strain the water in big cooking bowl. Add sugar an dissolve.

When sugar is completely dissolved. Set the bowl on high flame add lemon juice

Cook for about 2hr till one taar chasni is formed. (# don't stir while cooking,once set on flame after dissolving sugar. Please don't stir) for checking taar just dip spoon and check don't stir

When light cool transfers in jar
