Jelly Cake with Cream and Bananas 😋

Prepare the cake: Blend the milk with the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and oil in a blender.

Pour the mixture over the flour, baking powder, and butter. Mix well and pour the batter into a 12-inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Prepare the jelly and whip the cream with a cup of chilled milk. Once the cake is completely cooled, slice it and place a layer of jelly in the pan, add banana slices, and once it sets, add half of the cake. Sprinkle a little jelly and cream, then add the second half of the cake and the remaining jelly mixture.

Refrigerate the pan for an hour and a half, then briefly steam it for half a minute and invert it immediately. Enjoy! 😍
