Patis :Mash 3-4,potatoes, add salt,green chilli,adrak paste,coriander leaves,and 2-tbsp cornflour and mix well.and make Patis.

Take a pan and put some oil and roast patis golden brown.patis are now ready

Ragda:Runs the dried peas with water.soak them in the water for 8- 10 hours.

Take a pressure cooker add peas and add 1- cup. water,salt,and pressure cook the dried peas until three whistle

Heat a pan with oil,add Hing,onion,saute 2- minutes, add tomato paste saute 3-5 minutes. Add red chilli powder,salt,garlic chutney,

Saute the masala until oil starts.Add boiled pease to the masala,add 1-cup water and mix well.

Ragda are now ready.

Serve with green chutney, mithi chutney, and garlic chutney, and sev,and onion.and add patis.
