Wash the chicken pieces and put in a pot, add I cup water and let boil till tender

Drain the remaining stock and add oil then fry as you stir

Add onions, salt and garlic, fry til golden brown

Add blended tomatoes and mix gently

Add the stock and a little water, let simmer for about 20min on low heat till its thick.

Add the green peppers and coriander leaves. Serve with starch of your choice.
