  • Sutsa, terere, kales mixture pre boiled
  • 2medium onions
  • 3large tomatoes
  • Cooking Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Preboil your vegetables and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cut onions and cook until soft.

    Add tomatoes and cook stiring until they turn into a paste like mixture.

    Add the vegetables and salt and simmer covered for 2 mins..

    Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes then serve with ugali.
