For minced meat, boil it till its tender then pan fry it with the spices above to add flavor. For the dough, squeeze lemon into flour, mix and knead

Add water as you continue kneading to acquire a medium dough consistency

Make small balls from the kneaded dough

Roll them into rounded shapes then apply oil on top of them

Arrange them in a pile with the oily part facing up

Roll the pile into one big round shape

Cut into desirable shapes then heat them on medium low heat as you peel off the thin layers

Fold them to create a compression for filling in the minced meat

Make (manda)mix flour plus water to act as glue to cover the filled in minced meat

Deep fry them to an evenly browned crunchy finish

Serve hot with a chilled drink
