Wash and dice the pineapple into small sizes. Wash the Ginger and lemon and peel the back.

In a blender, put the diced pineapples, Ginger, Lemon and add any amount of water you want. Blend till smooth and fine. Use a siever and sieved. Add sugar to taste.
