Peel the yam wash and seesoning it with salt, put in to a pot add water and salt boil until soft, mash the cooked yam, add your chopped onion, taruhu, add seasoning depending on your taste add butter and mix together mould it with egg into balls.
Heat your vegetable oil break your eggs into a bowl and flour in another bowl, roll each ball in the egg then flour fry the yam balls until golden brown.
