During the holidays one of the main dishes that normally doesn't miss to be on the table is fried liver.My mum always insists on it.

Cut up your liver,wash it and place it in a pan with clean water. The water should be around three quater a cup.

Start boiling the liver until the water boils out.

Add your Oil and salt and stir the mixture.Let the oil and liver cook for around 5minutes at medium heat.

Add your tomato and garlic and stir for a minute.Let it cook for some time.

Add the curry powder,and your chopped capsicum. (Btw I like cutting my capsicum straight coz it looks better on your plate and also I love simba curry powder it is a must have in your kitchen.)

Allow all the ingredients to marry each other as you stir.Add a half a cup of water.

Allow the water level to reduce to your desired requirement.Then add your corriander.

Serve it with ugali or rice while hot.☺☺
