For the pizza dough, mix yeast,warm water, sugar and little flour in a small bowl. Set aside and allow the yeast ferment the sugar

After that add a pinch of salt to your flour in another bowl, then later pour in the mixture of yeast. Add more warm water if it's not enough. Knead the dough for a while and add extra flour if it's still too stick.

Pat around the dough with olive oil and also grease the inside of the bowl with olive oil. Set the dough bowl aside in a warm place and leave for 1hr for it to rise.

Punch down the dough after it has risen to remove the air in it. Place it on a table and flatten with a rolling pin. At this point if you have a pizza pan just place the dough in the greased pan and spread it. Allow to stay there for a while while you prepare your toppings

For the sauce, mix Tomato paste, chopped garlic, grounded pepper,sugar and water to a slightly thick consistency.

Rub the sides of the dough with olive oil to get the crusty look and texture. Then add the sauce to the top of your pizza dough

After that you can start adding your toppings by first adding part of the grated Mozzarella cheese, then the others. After sprinkle the remaining cheese on the pizza

Bake pizza in a preheated oven for 15mins or till the sides are crusty and the toppings cooked.

Serve while hot with any drink of choice
