Chop the carrots into blocks and take the pea kearnels.

Take a pressure cooker and add the oil and a few Cumin Seeds to it. Then, add the carrot and pea kearnels.

Then, add - Red Chilli Powder, Dhaniya Powder and Haldi and salt according to taste. Add a little bit of water.

After one whistle in the cooker, when the vegetable is ready, you can add some Garam Masala as well.
