  • 15potatoes large sized
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt
  • Powdered chillie

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel clean and slice potatoes into long strips

  2. 2

    Place in a colander to drain excess water

    Deep fry in hot oil

  4. 4

    Remove from oil when they become crunchy place in a kitchen towel to drain excess oil

  5. 5

    Sprinkle some salt and chillie, and voila! Your meal is ready serve with kachumbari
