  • Potatoes, peeled and shaped
  • Oil
  • leavesChopped rosemary
  • Turmeric
  • Any other spice of your choice

    Blanch the potatoes in water with the rosemary and spices.

    Drain and pass through cold water

    Fry in hot oil
