Mix all above ingredients mentioned in ' for muthiya ' and make soft dough. (Add little water if required.)

Make long rolls from it.

Steam for 15-20 minutes in steamer.

Cut into pieces.

In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds. When crackles add sesame seeds.

Add muthiya and mix well. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy.
