Ingredients

3 servings
  1. For muthiya:-
  2. 3/4 cupcoarsely ground wheat flour
  3. 2 tablespoonbesan
  4. 1/4 cupgrated radish
  5. 1/2 cupchopped radish green bhaji (leaves)
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 2crushed green chillies
  10. 5-6crushed garlic cloves
  11. 3-4 tablespooncurd
  12. 2-3 teaspoonoil
  13. Pinchsoda bicarb
  14. For tadka:-
  15. 3-4 teaspoonsoil
  16. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  17. 3 teaspoonssesame seeds
  18. 1 teaspoonlemon juice

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all above ingredients mentioned in ' for muthiya ' and make soft dough. (Add little water if required.)

  2. 2

    Make long rolls from it.

  3. 3

    Steam for 15-20 minutes in steamer.

  4. 4

    Cut into pieces.

  5. 5

    In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds. When crackles add sesame seeds.

  6. 6

    Add muthiya and mix well. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy.
