Ingredients

  • 200 gramsmushroom
  • 150 gramsPeas
  • 2chopped onions
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 tspginger paste
  • 1/3 tspgarlic paste
  • 1big spoon oil
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • as neededSalt
  • 1/2red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • as neededWater
  • Someleaves of coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash all vagetables cut the mushroom in small pieces.

  2. 2

    Take a pressure cooker add oil heat it.

  3. 3

    Now add cumin seeds,then add chopped onion till it changes in pink.heat it.

  4. 4

    Now add ginger garlic paste add chopped tomatoes,green chillies also cook it for 2 minutes add all spices.

  5. 5

    Now add mushroom pieces,add matar and cook for 5 minutes at low flame now

  6. 6

    Now add water as needed cook for 3 whistles.

  7. 7

    Now add garam masala,garnish with coriander leaves and it's ready.

  8. 8

    Our vegetable is ready to eat.
