Although i have always loved deep-fried fish, I thought of cooking it boiled without deep-frying and for sure it didn't dissapoint me. So tasty.

Although i have always loved deep-fried fish, I thought of cooking it boiled without deep-frying and for sure it didn't dissapoint me. So tasty.
Steps

Chop the ingredients, that is, onions, garlic,capsicum, and coriander leaves.

To the cooking pan, add small amount of oil and let it Cook for 1 minute, then add onions, garlic and capsicum. As they brown, add the chopped tomatoes and salt and mix well. Cover the pan to let it soften.

Uncover the pan and then add water and a little royco. Let the water boil before putting fish on it.

Now put the fish in the pan to let it cook. After some time, a thick soup with be formed.

Sprinkle the chopped coriander on top of the fish and Cook for another one minute. Remove from heat and serve hot.
