1 1/2 CFlour
1 CSugar
1 CMilk
Egg 1 large
1/3 CV.oil
1 tB.soda
1/2 tSalt
1 tFlavor
1/2 CCocoa powder
1 TVinegar

Steps

Sieve the flour,cocoa,b.soda & salt into a bowl.and wisk

Into d mixture of the flour add ur egg,oil&milk wit ur 1T of vinegar.wisk until well combine.

Pre heat ur oven.line ur papercup on ur baking pan and pour in ur batter 1/4C.bake ur cake @180 degree of 20 mins.

These measurement will provide u wit 12 pc. Of cupcakes.
