It's mini cake shots perfect for parties rather than a whole large cake. It's so easy and quick to make.
Steps

In a pan add deseeded cherries. Add sugar and mix well. Add salt chilli powder and cook well until thick.

For ganache. In a pan heat double cream until bubbles come on boundary. Pour this onto shredded milk chocolate. Add a cube of butter and mix well. Rest the mixture until thickens.

Take Dutch cocoa cake slices and make discs out of it. Spread cherry spreading and layer three at a time.

Pour chocolate ganache over it.Garnish with cherry.
