Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgcarrot
  • 2-3Green chillies cut in strips
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • pinchhing/asafoetida
  • As requiredMustard oil
  • 50 gmsrai powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the Gajar and cut it into a any shape

  2. 2

    In a bowl put Gajar green chillies heeng powder Salt mustard oil and Haldi powder and rai powder

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients well

  4. 4

    Put it in sunlight for 2/4days

  5. 5

    Mix it well And achar is ready to eat with pratha or puri or rice
