Boil potato in cooker for 3 whistles

Pool the skin and dice into small pieces

Heat the pan and add 3 tbspn of oil

In the heat oil add sliced potatoes

Shallow fry for 3 minutes

Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder

Cook in low flame for 5 minutes

Potato chukka is ready. Sprinkle coriander leaves. Yummy !!!
