From leftover sugar syrup from awla candy..use this sugar syrup to make Awla-Ginger-Lemon squash.
You can serve Amla-ginger-lemon juice to your guests ..as welcome drink..in party .
Steps

Boil leftover sugar syrup..till you get 1string consistency. Cool completely at room temperature.

Wash and cut halves of lemons..deseed them.Squeeze juice from them...strain & keep aside.

Peel and grate ginger. Place grated ginger in thin cloth,make potli/ bundle..and squeeze to get ginger juice. Keep aside.(Prepare just before adding to prepared sugar syrup)

Add both extracted lemon juice and ginger juice into cooled sugar syrup... add salt also. Mix and strain the mixture.

Store in airtight glass bottle or jar. Keep refrigerated.

To make Awla-Ginger-Lemon juice. Pour 1 part of Awla-Ginger-Lemon squash add 3 parts of water. Serve/ relish chilled Awla-Ginger-Lemon juice.
